1. You can contact the host. We can often remotely reset the router and restore service without you needing to do anything.

2. You can reset the router:

• The router is located above the washer and dryer in the laundry room.
• Unplug the router.
• Wait 3 minutes.
• Plug it back in.
• Allow up to 10 minutes for the internet to reconnect.

3. If there is a Cox outage due to maintenance, severe weather, or other service interruptions, internet service will not return until Cox restores it.
