Smart Lock

• Wake up the keypad by touching it, you'll hear a beep and see it light up.
• Enter your unique 8-digit access code provided in your check-in instructions email.
• After entering the code, tap the house button on the right side of the keypad. 
• You’ll hear the lock unlocking, and hear another beep when unlocking is complete. 
• Door can now be opened.

• After closing the door (do not slam door) lightly pull the door handle, then tap and hold the lock icon (on the left) of the number pad. 
• It will lock automatically and beep. 
• If you see a red light, see troubleshooting instructions below.

Troubleshooting:

If you see a red light, when trying to lock the door, you'll need to reset the deadbolt. Reset the deadlock by manually turning the lock right to left then close the door. When you see a blue light, pull the door handle, then tap and hold the lock icon (on the left) of the number pad. 

The Eufy Smart Lock is powered by a battery pack. If the battery pack is low, the lock will give you a warning with a flashing red light. Simply slide the cover upwards to gain access to the battery pack and remove to charge with a USBC cord. Let it charge overnight and re-install the battery.
