House Rules

We do not allow parties or events. Visitors are allowed but exceeding the overnight occupancy or making excessive noise during quiet hours is not allowed. If we determine you are disturbing the peace, it will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

• Medium or smaller dogs are allowed. 
• All pets are subject to pre-approval and a pet fee of $165 per stay (2 dogs max) will be requested if we approve of your pets. 
• Unregistered pets will still be charged the $165 per pet/per stay pet fee.

There is a $200 cleaning charge for cigarette or marijuana smoke removal.

• If our cleaners are not able to clean due to a late checkout, a $75 charge will be assessed.

Early check-in is available for purchase. Please ask for pricing details

We cannot guarantee you will be able to receive it.

• Please have them use the provided pet bed.
• If they insist, please first lay the grey water-resistant blankets on the furniture.

• Immediately clean up after your pets both inside and outside the property. 
• Waste bags are provided for your convenience. 
• Dispose of waste in the garbage bins in the garage. 

• While on the property for their own safety.

• After each session of playing outside. 
• You can use the wet wipes in the pet kit and dispose of the used wipes in the trash.

• If you have to leave them at the house, you MUST use a crate. The crate is stored in the garage.

• For any pet damage to items inside and outside the house (i.e. furniture, linens, landscape etc...) 

• If your pet has an accident or causes any damage, please report it immediately so we can address it promptly.
